The campaign involved offering solar energy options at a discounted price, or a no-money-down leasing option, making going solar more affordable.
The program involved a zero-cost commitment from the Town of Stratford and ran from Aug. 5-Nov. 11 of 2015.
Throughout the duration of the program, 16 homes in Stratford signed up for solar. As an added benefit, for every home that did go solar during this program, ENCON vowed to make a donation of $100 to the town’s Open Space Fund.
The total donation amount to the fund has reached $1,600.
