Stratford Cancels Memorial Parade Day Ceremony, Parade Due To Rain

STRATFORD, Conn. — A continued forecast for rain on Monday has forced the cancellation of Stratford’s annual Memorial Day ceremony at Academy Hill and the parade along Main Street.
