Stratford Library Launching 'Miss Soto's Literacy Legacy Project'

STRATFORD, Conn. -- In honor of Victoria Soto, a victim of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy, the Stratford Library will launch “Miss Soto’s Literacy Legacy Project” at the Library on Tuesday, Nov. 3, according to the ctpost.com.

The project is in partnership with the Vicki Soto Memorial Fund and the Stratford Board of Education, the post said.

It kicks off around what would have been Soto's 30th birthday, said the ctpost.com.

The program begins at 3:30 pm in the Stratford Library’s Lovell Room. Admission is free; reservations required by called 203-381-2063.
