MILFORD, Conn. — A 29-year-old man found asleep behind the wheel at the McDonald's drive-thru in Milford was arrested on drunken-driving charges, police said.
Police were called to the fast-food restaurant at 439 Bridgeport Ave. at 2:52 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Officers attempted for several minutes to wake up the driver of the car, which was still running and in gear, police said.
Officers arrested Kyle Miller of 212 Second Ave., Milford, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, police said. He refused to provide a breath sample, police said.
He was released on $500 bond for a June 22 court date.
