An employee of Centro Ristorante called police around 6 a.m. because someone had thrown rocks through a side emergency exit door, police said.

Nothing was taken in the restaurant.

Around the same time, police received a report that someone forced open a side door at Sunny Daes, an ice cream parlor also on the Post Road. The report was not complete on that incident Monday.
