Police: Ex-Hospital Aide Arrested In Stratford With 180 Oxycodone Pills

STRATFORD, Conn. – A Bronx man found with 180 Oxycodone pills, multiple prescription slips and several credit cards during a Monday traffic stop is facing a host of criminal charges in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Post.

Chad Augustus, 32, a former hospital aide at Metropolitan Hospital in New York City, is accused of fraudulently purchasing the prescription pills and then selling them in the Stratford area, according to the Post.

Augustus, who is currently free on $100,000 bond, is charged with illegally obtaining prescription drugs, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, identity theft and credit card fraud, according to the Connecticut Post.
