STRATFORD, Conn. — A Stratford man was arrested and charged with voyeurism after taking a photo up a woman's dress while he was working at Babies 'R' Us in Milford, police and NBC Connecticut said.
Joseph Matthews, 32, of Stratford, was "accused of taking a picture up a woman's dress without her knowledge using his cellphone while he was working at Boston Post Road business," Milford police said in a statement.
NBC Connecticut said Matthews works at Babies "R" Us on Boston Post Road in Milford.
Matthews was arrested on a warrant at 6:10 p.m. Sunday and released on a promise to appear for a court date on Nov. 22.
