The system is used for mass notifications in the event of major events. Upon registration, Stratford’s Citizen Electronic Notification System will provide you with voice and/or email notifications regarding the safety or welfare of the community. The system will also be used for community news notifications including information about town-sponsored events and services.

There is no cost to register for this system or to receive notifications, police said.

As part of the registration process, you will be given the option to receive notifications, which are delivered in minutes, via home phone, cell phone, e-mail, text message, fax or any combination of the above.

If you have questions about Stratford’s Citizen Electronic Notification System, visit the FAQ page or contact the Town’s Chief Administrative Officer at 203.381.6941 or via e-mail at chiefadmininstrativeoffice@townofstratford.com.

"Get connected and please encourage your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors to do the same," said Stratford police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
