Elizabeth Schenberger, 55, of William Street, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace at about 8:30 p.m. She was held on $2,500 bond and was expected in court Monday.

The victim told police Schenberger’s threats had increased in the past few weeks, and he had left his Stratford home to stay with his father. The neighbor also received threatening calls, police said.

Police said Schenberger was arrested on similar charges in 2013 and she is on probation.
