UPDATE, 5 p.m. ANSONIA, Conn. -- A woman with Alzheimer's who had been reported missing in Ansonia has been found safe, according to police.
A woman with Alzheimer's has been reported missing in Ansonia, and police say she may be trying to return to Stratford.
Brinda Lebron is 5-foot, 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, and a burn mark on one of her arms. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater/jacket and black pants, carrying a yellow plastic bag filled with clothes, police said.
Lebron has Alzheimer's disease and was last seen in the Coe Lane area of Ansonia and Derby. Police said she recently moved to Ansonia from Stratford, and may be trying to return to Stratford.
