Conductor Eric Jacobsen, soloist Deborah Wong, the Connecticut Chamber Choir and the Fairfield County Children’s Choir will present Dance Suite from "West Side Story" and the Chichester Psalms.

The second half of the concert will bring French romance, with Ravel’s Tzigane and Debussy’s Nocturnes.

"Everyone should come out and be part of it. I think everyone who comes to this concert is going to have a good time," Jacobsen told Daily Voice.

"Bernstein was one of the greatest treasures of American composers and history of music advocate for conductors. It's clear that he is the kind of person we need right now. We need people to bridge gaps and create beautiful art."

"These incredible symphonic dance pieces are songs Bernstein wrote specifically for a children's choir," Jacobsen said.

The Fairfield Children's Choir is "one of the most incredible choirs I ever worked with. They're so good," he said.

The Klein is located at 910 Fairfield Ave., Bridgeport.
