Weekend Wraps Up With Rain Likely, Falling Temps In Stratford

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — Rain is expected to move into Fairfield County by Sunday afternoon, with cloudy skies and temperatures dropping to about 55 degrees overnight, the National Weather Service.

The chance of rain is 70 percent, with rain likely and thunderstorms possible between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., the weather service said. 

On Monday, there continues to be a 50 percent chance of showers, with a high near 68 degrees. 

There could be patchy fog overnight into Tuesday, with a slight chance of drizzle or light rain and highs near 62 degrees.

On Wednesday, the chance of more rain is 40 percent, with a high near 65 degrees.

And Thursday? A 30 percent chance of more rain, but with a high near 72 degrees.
