“The space had been on the market for less than two months,” said Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, which represented the landlord in the transaction.
“With easy access to I-95, the site is ideally located for an auto parts supplier,” Angel added. “Autopart International has signed a long-term lease. This lease deal brings the facility to 100 percent occupancy.”
Autopart, which is based in Massachusetts, is a supplier of replacement parts to the automotive aftermarket for both foreign and domestic nameplate vehicles.
The company disseminates its products through wholesale distributors across North America and has wholesale stores in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Florida.
