Michelle Sulzicki, 28, a former elementary school teacher who was fired after her arrest, pleaded not guilty to first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, illegal sexual contact with a minor and risk of injury to a minor, said the ctpost.com.

Sulzicki, who is free on bond, taught special education at the Chapel Street School in Stratford for four years, is accused of beginning the abuse when the boy was 12 and she was tutoring him at home. An arrest warrant affidavit states that they had sex 20 times, reported the ctpost.com.

The abuse came to light because the victim, who is now 15, may be the father of her 5-month-old baby, reports have said.
