Brandyn Ford, 24, was arrested Tuesday morning. Ford — who his lawyer says works with special-needs children — told police he was driving in the area when a group of people opened fire on his car, the Post said. He denied shooting back, the Post said.

He was charged with murder, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to children, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit.
