BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A manager of a Dunkin' Donuts on Honeyspot Road in Stratford is contesting a court order barring him from contact with an employee, according to a story on CTPost.com.
Maher Mahairi, 52, of Fairfield, was ordered to stay away from a female employee when he was arraigned Friday on a charge of fourth-degree sexual assault, the Post said. Prosecutors asked Judge William Holden for a protective order, but Mahairi's lawyer, Michael Fitzpatrick, disputed the women's claims of sexual assault, the story said.
