Girl Assaulted In Greenwich Park During Large Gathering Police are investigating and asking the public for help after a teenage girl was allegedly assaulted in a park during a large gathering of juveniles in Fairfield County.  The incident occurred in Greenwich around 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, at Byram Park. According to Capt. John Slusarz of the Greenwich Police officers responded to Byram Park on a report of a large group of juveniles and young adults who had gathered after hours.  As the group was being disbursed, officers located a teenage girl who had been the victim of an assault.
